Project Management

Zambrano Home

This was an extensive $5M remodel of a beautiful $13M Mediterranean style home over looking Monterey Bay in Pebble Beach, CA. The original home was built in 1926 and purchased by Lorenzo Zambrano in 2010. Being an avid car collector, and owning the largest private collection of Ferrari sports cars in the world, Mr. Zambrano purchased the property to have a residence close to the annual Concours de Elegance event at Pebble Beach.

The construction was undertaken by Stocker & Allaire Construction of Monterey, CA working hand-in-hand with the internationally known interior designer Juan Pablo Molyneaux and his New York office. As the project manager I coordinated logistics with Mr. Molyneaux and his design team. Mr. Molyneaux was responsible for the design and import of materials and artists from France for some phases of this project. Overall this remodel was a tremendous success, and appeared in the August 2014 issue of Architectural Digest.
